I started taking this supplement more than 2 weeks ago along with selenium, beta glucan and AHCC. My pap smear came abnormal and I was diagnosed with HPV. I started searching online and found out that these supplements can help in building a stronger immune system and eventually aid in fighting & eradicating the virus. I have a very busy day. I am a single mom of two boys. I work out in the morning from 6-7am, work full-time from 8am-5pm and full time school from 6pm-9pm every weekdays. Taking these supplements all together has helped me tremendously! I have more energy and strength! Help me focus on my task and I really feel great physically and mentally. I’m seriously considering sourcing another vegan B Complex that has more sustainable packaging.I like that this company uses third party testing to ensure the ingredients are top quality, and that they are in the proper proportions. I wanted a supplement that was non-GMO and vegan, and this fits the bill. It's also soy free and gluten free. I am very pleased with the quality. I subscribe to this supplement, and it arrives every 2 months in a very nice box that includes a free sample of the "Luna" supplement. My only negative: while the box packaging is very attractive and professional, it would be great if there was less packaging to contribute to the waste problem in this world. Having said that, I do like that the bottle is a recyclable plastic (#1 - polyethylene terephthalate” or "PET" or "PETE") and the cap is metal.
