The book is based on AutoCAD 2023 windows version but old version users can also use the book. The authors have explained the commands in details which is very helpful for the new users. I didn’t liked how the index was placed on multiple pages in the PDF as I had to scroll back and forth to read the index. So some improvement can be made to the index. Authors should have included the sample files which they have used to explain the commands. This would make it easier for the user to try out the command and follow the steps given in the book. Also authors could have explained the tricks involved with various commands making the learning process more engaging. Overall, I can recommend this book for the users who wants to start their journey or enhance their drafting skills in AutoCAD. Review: The book is in good shape even bought as used book. As a bonus, I was able to receive a digital version (pdf) at no charge. So I can read as pdf or hard copy which I prefer the most. Price is affordable. Instruction is clear and easy to follow.
