It gives a detailed outline with scriptural basis as to what spiritual warfare consists of. I would say it is written from the Catholic standpoint so inevitably there is some belief solely kept by Catholics in the book. I personally have a NASB bible to hand whilst reading and find there's more power in reading certain passages from this bible translation (widely regarded as one of if not the most literal from original greek/Hebrew/aramaic manuscripts. Im not entirely convinced with regard to praying to Mary for protection from the devil as far I can understand she's either in sheol with all other souls or to those who believe in soul-sleep she is asleep. Overall great tool for combatting evil influences in everyday life. I'd just say there's only one name the Devil can't stand outright and that is Jesus Christ.
