**Q: Once opened, how long does it keep for?**
A: Once opened, They are best kept in a sealed airtight bag for about a month.  they lose their smoothness and elasticity after that and will need coconut oil or similar thinner added to melt smoothly.

**Q: Can you use coconut oil instead**
A: Yes, you can. But I prefer Wilton Candy Melts Dipping Aid

I would highly recommend this product for thinning chocolate as it works very well and make life easy for making cakesicles and cake pops. The drawback is the amount of time for delivery as I believe the product is not readily available in the UK.
