It's a fairly thin book, but all the things in it are powerfully described, yet simple ideas and very very thought provoking. It deals with how to approach difficulties in life, your own outlook, how you currently self talk and how to self talk, how you come across to others visually/physically, how to think with the right mindset, how to deal with difficulties along the way and gives many examples of real life people and how they succeeded, including the authors own life situation. This is a superb book, very very inspiring. I definitely recommend it. It's a very empowering book if you have the right approach to the information and tips Antony Robbins gives the reader. I found this book so useful I have since bought 3 more copies for other friends who could benefit from a copy.

This has to be one of the best books I have ever read in my life. It's a fairly thin book, but all the things in it are powerfully described, yet simple ideas and very very thought provoking. It deals with how to approach difficulties in life, your own outlook, how you currently self talk and how to self talk, how you come across to others visually/physically, how to think with the right mindset, how to deal with difficulties along the way and gives many examples of real life people and how they succeeded, including the authors own life situation. This is a superb book, very very inspiring. I definitely recommend it. It's a very empowering book if you have the right approach to the information and tips Antony Robbins gives the reader.
