**Q: Can this be ground into flour**
A: It probably could, but since Bob's Red Mill sells stone ground whole wheat flour, it would be an expensive way to get what you could just buy.

**Q: What is country of origin of the wheat?**
A: It is from Montana, So USA.

**Q: What coarseness is this? Its not listed. Typically bulgur would say fine, medium, coarse, extra coarse..**
A: I ordered this and was wondering myself. Now that it has arrived, it looks like fine, #1.  #2 medium is more coarse than this looks.  Used to work in Syrian restaurant we used #2.   this is also a different color, whereas the brand we used was lighter this is brownish red.  will try it but for tabbouleh and mujaddara (which I use brown lentils and bulgur instead of rice), I think the #2 is gonna be better, but maybe that is just what I'm used to.

**Q: If anyone is familiar,  can you please tell me if this is similar to sadaf extra coarse bulgur? thank you.**
A: I bought it, I believe it is most similar to what is known as #1 Fine.
