**Q: I'm setting this up & I have the two connectors that you push together. However one does not seem to go in fully, but the other does. Is this normal?**
A: There were instructions with mine. I am not sure whn you say connectors what you mean. The steriliser has a right angled spout which just pushes on. There are 3 little plugs. Two are the same and fit into two of the same corresponding sockets, the other plug is different and goes into its own socket which is different from the other two so can't be confused....

**Q: Can anyone give me the dimensions of this? Working out if it will fit in my custom interal sump.**
A: Just measured mine, which is the 9wat model, it's 25.5cm tall, which I assume it your main requirement. It could be mounted horizontal or vertically no issue. Depth is about 8cm, width 7cm.

A: Just buy a bigger sponge/filter (Fluval filter?) and cut it into smaller pieces that match the one you have.

**Q: can i use this as well as fluval u3 filter in my marine tank .**
A: Yes, that's what I do. The fluval filters out the excess dirt and the steriliser prevents algae bloom and keeps water clear.
