With the angle you need to hold the bottle in your hand and in order to aim it, the pump runs dry after 2-3 sprays.This results in the user having to make numerous sprays to try and hit all the sore spots, resulting in the spray starting to run or drip off your skin requiring some clean up.I would recommend this. ### ⭐⭐⭐ this worked alright, but I had to constantly apply ... *by S***X on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2014* this worked alright, but I had to constantly apply it. I found the most relief by using Gold bond medicated lotion on my external itch, it corrects the problem instantly from 1 hour to all day relief. Try it. but only for external anal itch. For on the go I just put some in a small travel bottle and put it in my pocket (usually the $1 bottle of hand lotion you get from the store, just emptied out and replaced with Gold Bond lotion).
