It stays quite dry against baby while drawing urine to the towel textured side. **Q: Can this be used with a MioSolo nappy?** A: Yes, i have miosolo nappies and put one in to last a little longer if overnight or popping to shops,also put inside disposable as my little boy is a heavy wetter and was leaking overnight. **Q: Which side goes next to the skin? There seems to be mixed answers and there are no instructions with the pack.** A: I think we put the smooth side against the skin, just because the label was on the other side. We did use basic nappy liners on top to help keep the wetness away from the skin and to help with cleaning in the case of a dirty nappy **Q: Which side up do these go in the nappy? I would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lets you go longer and even overnight between changes but it looks like there’s junk in babies trunk *by S***A on 1 August 2019* We have been using the all in one nappies with these mioboosts for the past 9+ months. We just bought a few boosts to start with but once we found how easy it was to use with the all in ones, we bought even more. I use a boost in all my sons nappies as it means we can go longer without changing and also means he can go through the night without any leaks. Warning there may be graphic pooh talk that may be unsettling to some readers... Before my son was on solids he would have horrific poohs that would explode everywhere (when using normal throw away nappies) meaning he was covered head to toe in pooh and nappies changes were a horribly messy affair. :( When we started using the all in ones with the boosts it was a complete game changer- the pooh actually stayed in the nappies rather than leaking down his legs and up his back. Remember to follow the washing instructions. I leave the boost in the nappies and then put them in several wash bags for a rinse cycle if they’ve been waiting a while to be washed and then wash them with nonbio laundry liquid & the bambino Mio powder.
