(Not too long) - Very stable in the way its made, the material feels very high quality and had no problems building, was a very quick 5 mins to build, as opposed to the bench I had bought separate! Delivery was exceptional, I orded this on the 10th of December, estimated arrival was the 17th to the 18th and it arrived on the 13th so shipment was great as well. Price may seem a lil steep at first but the value is beyond there for the luxury feeling the metal has whilst some company's have a very weak finish on the metal giving it a very cheap feel. I know the feeling of the rack doesn't overall affect your lifts but it definitely makes u feel proud lifting on it! They are not the easiest to adjust being difficult to line up. You need to take the bolt all the way out, lift the arm line up the bolt making sure you both parts of the bolt. I currently lift up to 40kg so they are perfectly sturdy for me.
