**Q: Does it need to create hole in wall or door frame**
A: on the set is 2 screen, so you should fit to the frame doors, I didin't do this so that slide down after several uses

**Q: can I use gymnast rings on this bar?**
A: I use my rings no problem👍just bear in mind that you can't do iron cross type exercises easily as the frame will be in the way.
