I add them to the batter for my yummy honey bran muffins, and toss in a couple handfuls when I make cherry pie or cobbler for that little "extra" flavor. How about cherry-almond scones? I make vanilla scones, and toss in about 1/2 - 3/4C of these cherries, along with a little almond extract, then top the iced scones with sliced almonds. Perfection! Watch the price -- it varies a lot, so try to get them when it's "down." I've also purchased the 4-lb box of these, repackaged them into 1 lb portions, and frozen them for future use.
