They ironed on fairly easily. I followed the instructions to the letter and they seemed to stick really well. I have just folded all of the uniform after washing it from the first week of use and only one label remains attached.I don't like to leave negative reviews but after following simple instructions they should stay on. I now have to spend my evening ironing on new labels to get me through week two.
