I did 2 x 40min driving, and the rest walking over rough ground. I have a problem that needs my knee to be kept in the same position, and not move around. If this happens I get pains in the other muscles that have not been used for walking.The hole for the knee has an extra thick rim which grips the knee, and stops unwanted movement. The straps are cut to avoid overlap when sitting. Its shorter than a lot of others, so the leg doesn't get so hot, nor slip down the leg.
