I recommend as a more affordable option. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food intolerance aid *by J***J on 20 January 2013* I bought this because I suffer from food intolerance to quite a few common foodstuffs. Dairy, eggs, wheat and yeast being some. These are very difficult to avoid as manufacturers put them in most foods. Digest plus seems to have helped with the worst of the heartburn and acid reflux I experience, although I still rely on prescription drugs for this at times. I have also found that my IBS has improved dramatically. I think this must be because Digest plus also contains acidophilus, which kills bad bacteria in the gut which thrives on undigested food. I couldn't eat this before because it is found in yoghurt, which I can't eat.
