Completely confirmed my belief that sugar addiction is life- changing. I feel so much healthier, am never hungry and never crave food. Thank you for the great recipes. I have cooked some of the recipes and liked them. My only complaint is that most of the recipes are in US cup measures and even with a conversion chart. I struggle to get it right. Are American fluid oz the same as UK fl oz? I bought the Kindle edition of the book and wish I had bought the paperback as I need to keep flicking from the diet to a recipe and back to the theory..
