He can't solve it so he asked an older and much more experienced friend to try who can solve a regular cube in under 36secs. The friend was baffled! He was hooked because he couldn't solve it in the 30 mins that he tried and is now going to buy his own as he won't be beaten! Great that it's more of a challenge. Great purchase. Keeps the kids away from gaming and using their other super powers. It solves very similarly to a 2x2x3 but with a few extra steps given the added edges. It turns nicely, looks amazing, and is an interesting shape. There aren't many rounded puzzles out there, and the corners are dual colour, much like a barrel cube, and unlike most cuboids out there. It's a perfect circle and rolls nicely.
