However the version in a 10ml bottle dispenses much to much at a time. I only got two weeks of 3 drops in each eye per day (84 drops). I have now also tried this pack of 20 phials. Each little phial has at least 6 drops, so for me this is enough for a day. Thus the pack lasts nearly 3 weeks and costs less than the bottle. So contrary to what you might think these packs of little plastic phials are much more economic than the bottle! I’ve tried lots of different eye drops both prescription and over the counter but nothing seems to work for long. Only of course if you have a foreign body trapped underneath the lens. The Clinitas leaflet in the box says should be used in environmental factors such as air conditioning, central heating, prolonged use of computers/VDUs, or ocular surgery, conjunctivitis, contact lens use etc can cause irritation, dry, burning and foreign body sensations in the eyes. Rather tap buy an expensive bottle of eye drops with relatively short life I prefer the Clinitas box of 20 vials as I only occasionally wear a contact lens. I have used with lens in place with no problem. It helps my 'dry eye condition'. Hope this is of assistance. **Q: Does it have lanolin as I seem to be allergic?** A: The ingredients list say: sodium hyaluronate, mono basic sodium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, water. There is no mention of the word lanolin. **Q: Does this form a crust around the eyes when dried?** A: Not at all, if you use it correctly the drops go straight into the eye and lubricate efficiently **Q: Is this suitable for children** A: I am no clinician but I would be very surprised if this product was unsuitable for children.
