I ordered it for my hubby’s 2015 iPad Pro and it’s a perfect fit. He had the original apple case ( which they no longer make) and it had completely fallen apart. This was the closest one I could find to the original and other than the fact that the front sleeve isn’t removable it’s a pretty good match. The cut out sections are all in the right place and the back shell fits snugly. It’s very easy to fit your iPad into position. This case fits the 2015 and 2017 models only so be careful before you order or it won’t fit your model. The front sleeve is foldable so you can create a leaning shelf which keeps your iPad stable. It also has a wake/sleep function. The colour is an exact match to the original apple case so looks good. Price wise it feels decent value for money. I’d definitely recommend this case for anyone with an older iPad Pro. It offers good protection and looks smart. Review: The perfect case for your expensive iPad! - iPad pro case in black. Very prompt delivery by Amazon. First impression of the case: > Material used is quite nice to the touch, rubbery matt outer surface with inner fiber material for lid/cover. > iPad pro fits snugly into the case and is held securely. > Magnetic sleep/wake works perfectly and strong enough to allow iPad pro to stand up without falling. > Folded lid gives a nice 15% angle for typing and overall usage of iPad. > Cut outs for buttons, audio jack, mic holes, lightning port in correct place however cut outs for the speakers are slightly covered on top edge. (Have tested playing music and videos with and without the case and there's no discernible volume decrease.) > Lid closes properly and magnet holds it in place. After using iPad without a case for several weeks, with the added weight of the case, the iPad does feel heavier to use with one hand. However naturally using the device on lap or a desk, this is not so much of a problem and is a sacrifice I can live with. Overall very nice case for the price paid. Only real criticism I can give it is the speaker cut outs. See images.
