It looks good and the small size it's easy to use if you don't have much space. The planchette is resin but looks like carved wood. I've only been able to talk to my mother not my father, maybe he's busy. Just make sure you sprinkle salt water and ring a bell afterwards as unwanted visitors tend to come through if you leave the connection open.
