Warning - be aware there are no spares available for this unit so if it goes wrong your gubbed. **Q: Are parts this available for this electric fire?** A: To try and get a replacement motor for the log effect on this model I phoned Dimplex and was told that there are no spare parts for this model but they offered me a 'good discount' (their words) on a new model.
