A: Yes they do :) I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who wanted to learn guitar and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. I got him the red and black one and it's really good. Excellent quality - he thought it cost a lot more than it actually had!

**Q: does this guitar come tuned?**
A: I can't remember whether it did or not. However, even if it left the factory tuned it probably wasn't in perfect tuning on arrival as heat etc can affect tuning.So you might want a tuner. But - if you have an i-pod you can download a chromatic tuning "app" from the i-tunes site for free.Good luck.RegardsPeter

Good product for the price, I bought it one year ago as i wanted to learn to play guitar, after quite a hard use it is still in good condition and the sounds is pretty decent. Mind that this is for Very beginners as you can learn the chords on it. But as you become faster with your fingers you'll realise that the action is too high, making difficult and painful to change chords especially for a beginner without calluses on your fingertips.It comes also with replacement strings, which i still didn't need, strap and pick. Good product for the price but don't expect to reach high big levels with this guitar without any adjustment.
