They block the sewage system and cause havoc. Best dispose of in general waste where they biodegrade in landfill. **Q: do these remove make up?** A: Yes I've used them to remove make up. I don't really wear much so I'm not sure if they'd remove heavy makeup. **Q: Has the packaging improved at all? That seems to be everyones main concern is bad seals and dry wipes?!** A: Yes, I had some long time back where the seal wasn’t good and would break but since then I haven’t had any issues. Looks like they fixed the seal. Contains aloe 4. Price isn't bad. 5. Good moisture content. The only negative and the reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars is due to the wipes sticking together making it very difficult to extract a wipe with one hand while the other is occupied with holding the baby up. We now extract the wipes before we start but there are always times when you need just 1 more and then have to try to wip it out of the pack quickly to unstick it from the others.
