I like how the product comes with a USB A slot as well as a USB-C slot, which came in handy when using my MacBook Pro! Only flaws I think with this product is that it doesnt have a key-ring hole or a clip to attach to a lanyard/keys which can make it quite tricky to have on you all the time. She shares resources with her colleagues so she was either plugging the phone into the pc to copy off the other sticks then sending the file or dloading off the cloud backup to then send the file(s). Only warning is that she said it didn't work on her phone, so I plugged into mine and it worked instantly, it took me a couple of minutes to realise that her phone case wasn't letting the stick in the USB-C port to fully home and engage the pins, it required a slightly stiffer push. So just bear that in mind if you think it isn't working and you have a phone case this could be the issue. Has a easy to slide mechanism but I note that my one has a slight issue where one end does not fully 'lock in'.
