After having one of the first Roombas many many moons ago, I thought I'd treat myself to an upgrade. My goodness, why didn't I do it sooner! This new Roomba can figure out carpet from non carpeted flooring and either vacuum and mop or just vacuum, all on its own. It maps out your home and you can set up areas and schedules. I also have a Dyson and I thought that picked up more dust than most brands, but this little Roomba manages to fill its dust tray on top. It's low enough to go under my sofa, tables and beds.
