My new pair came with a white sticky cement in a plastic bag. It is very sticky and messy and can't be handled. It gets all over every thing and shows no signe of hardening. Take them out with a metal spoon and mould it in your fingers. I found I needed about a quarter of the stuff per fang. Squash a ball of the stuff into a fang and push it onto your tooth. Hold it there for about 30 seconds then take it off and leave it to harden for 10 minutes or so. You can trim off any excess when it's hard. If you don't get it right then just put the moulding stuff back in boiling water and start again. It took me 3 goes. The main thing I think is being quick as it starts to harden as soon as you get it out of the water. **Q: does this product include the fangs with it?** A: Yes, the fangs come in the pack with the adhesive and instructions **Q: what are the teeth made of? if I purchased them and they were too big would it be possible for me to file them down?** A: Some kind of plastic, don't think they could be filed. They did not work for me at all, didn't mould right and kept falling off. I found it a little difficult moulding the teeth with the putty as the plastic fangs did not stick to the putty. Got around this by placing putty over the front of the teeth as well as the back. There was more than enough putty which allowed me to do this!
