I work out regular at the gym so thought these tablets would help me get rid of those stubborn few pounds. The first box worked and I actually felt full so ate less, no snacks etc. The second box didn't do a thing, very disappointing!!! They tasted extremely minty and to be honest made me feel sick. I stuck at it thinking it was just me. When I purchased my third box, the capsules made me feel exactly the same. So all in all, I am glad that I tried these but won't be purchasing anymore.
