## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this fixture be installed into a sieling that has insulation**
A: I would recommend having an air gap but it certainly would not need much. Anything 3 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter would be plenty. This light fixture is powered by a ballast which has high voltage connections as well so it would be good to keep those connections away from an open air source as well. Perhaps sheet metal could be used to fabricate an enclosure which would fit but it really should have something so as to meet electrical codes.Which is basically says any high voltage connections should be inside an enclosure. The reasoning here is that if there was a short circuit it could not get to an air source and it would snuff itself out before catching something on fire.

**Q: 1) If installed in the ceiling, will this light provide enough light to illuminate a painting on an adjacent wall about 4' in distance?**
A: Yes, it will provide enough light.

**Q: Are these listed at all for wet locations ? I.E shower stale? Thanks**
A: I am not completely sure, but looking at the design I would not put them in a wet location.  I have had them in a dry location for a few years and they are perfect for my use - excellent units!

**Q: I need replacement lights for a cabinet and already have existing 3" holes cut out.  Will these clip into place or is my cutout too large?**
A: The outside of the bezel is 3.5 in and the spring arms are much longer so it should fit

I bought one warm white light and one bright white light. They both work perfectly. I am very happy with them. I bought cheep 2 prong plug ends and plug them directly into an extension cord. No problems. Very bright lights. The aluminum seems of very good quality. The springs are strong and hold the light in place well. The diagram shows 68 mm cut-out, but I went with a 2 and 3/4 inch hole cutter. You can use any size hole between 68 mm and 3 inches. The diameter of the outer metal part that shows is almost exactly 3 inches so I would not recommend using a 3 inch hole or larger. I mounted them in 3/4 inch wood, but they would work in anything from very thin board to about 1 inch thick. They took less than 2 weeks to arrive, and I am still amazed they can ship these from China and still sell them at this great price. Highly recommend.

Produces bright, neutral, daylight-like light, and works perfectly with a dimmer. Doesn't produce any humming or buzzing noises at full brightness or dimmed. Quality seems very good, especially considering the price. They are very thin and produce no heat to speak of, so they can be installed in very tight spaces. The full-aluminium body looks nice once installed.Perhaps my only nit would be that the swivel mechanism is a bit finicky.

I used two of these lights for some custom selves I made. They work awesome! I wasn’t sure how bright they would be but they are perfect. I thought about putting them on a dimmer but I’m happy with the way they look. Extermly easy to put in as well. Cut you left hole and they they clip right in. They didn’t come with instructions for those who don’t know much about electrical work. Other than that, it’s a great product for the money and I would recommend them.
