**Q: do these nest when empty?**
A: No.  They stack but do not nest

**Q: What are the inside dimensions of this box?**
A: External dimensions: 14-5/8" W x 10-1/4" D x 3-3/8" H * Weight: 1 lb, 7 oz * Color: Clear* 4L is equivalent to 1 gallon. per previous answer it is  A little more than 8/5" x 11".

**Q: why are these 2x the cost then office depot?**
A: I just checked. The 4L on here is $16.99 and the same exact brand and size at Office Depot is $13.89. Far from twice the cost and I live far enough from the city that $3 more online with free shipping isn’t a bad trade off for the drive.

**Q: Will legal size copy paper (8-1/2 x 14”) fit in this box?**
A: I use the 4 litre for storing Letter Size paper (8-1/2" X 11") paper, and the 6 litre for storing Legal Size paper (8-1/2" X 14") paper. The 4 litre is almost a perfect fit for Letter Size. The 6 litre has a little room to spare; in length, for Legal Size paper. Following are the specifications from the Really Useful Box Inc. web site. Internal Dimensions are most important when considering if contents will fit.

These are good quality boxes that feel very sturdy and well built.

I always use these boxes because they stack well, close securely, and are tough. Singly they have become quite expensive so I bought the 4 pack because they'll get used ultimately and they work out much cheaper. These are the ideal size for A4 reams, but I actually use them for Bolt Action and Konflikt 47 armies. Some rubberised metal sheets mean I can magnetise bases and they make ideal transport and storage solutions.
