I bought a large with 15" around kneecap measurement, and I initially thought they were a bit big, but as soon as you start working out your legs swell and they became a perfect fit. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the stitching on the inside back, top and bottom can dig in to your leg a little bit. I think I would have preferred the stitching to be on the outside. I did purchase one size smaller and I'm so glad I did as they feel thigh but not too tight, I can get them off with ease. I am a fan of Nordic Lifting gear, if you take care of your gear it will last ages, 6 months in my heavy wraps and they are very good very pleased.
