Those are as good as any Gillette. My husband loves. **Q: Aren't the blades sold separately?** A: B & M used to sell them. But I'm not too sure about Amazon. It's worth purchasing as cheap but suitable for face & body! **Q: How long can each be used?** A: I guess that depends on how thick the hair you're shaving is and how often you're using it. Certainly I feel the first usage is the best and the blades deteriorate fairly rapidly thereafter, I think you get what you pay for, I'll use again in a pinch but will certainly be looking for an alternative, if you don't want to snag and pull and tear your skin, I think you'd need to change often enough that they're not saving any money. Apparently, I was very wrong on that! I picked these up because I shave so rarely nowadays that it wasn't worth shelling out for anything more expensive. I used my new razor today for both my face and shoulders, and was very pleasantly surprised!It's not as flexible as other razors I've owned, but this wasn't the cause of discomfort I expected it to be. It was a very smooth shave, and I had no problem with the usual hard-to-get-at spots. I'm used to heavier razors, but that it's so lightweight is definitely a plus because it's much more comfortable to hold in odd positions.Also, the packaging was dead easy to get into, which makes a pleasant change from other razor brands I've used!I'm very pleasantly surprised, and very pleased. But I do touch up the neck and cheek parts with a razor every now and then. I've used Gillette all my life, last few years I've been using the Fusion 5. I've ran out of razors and was looking to buy some refills.I just wanted to buy 4 replacement blades, but the least available on Amazon was 8 refills for £15 or so. Then I saw the Bic. £5 for a handle and 4 blades. Went for it.Just had my first shave and wow. These are so much better than any Gillette I've ever used. They are amazing. They don't pull on stubble, they don't irritate the skin and they do achieve a nice close cut.
