If there is going to be an amount of physical play I would look to build the main structure from a solid block of expanded foam,for example, and covering this with the Balsa. Small, strong cardboard boxes would also be an idea. Also use a proper wood/Balsa glue. Super glue or contact glue doesn't soak into the wood and gives a less durable hold. **Q: I want to make a stationary caddy. Will this wood be ok for that? I am new to wood crafts** A: Hi there I think you would be better off with some ply board thin though cos this is really soft modelling wood for small radio type controlled airplanes and boats and small light weight models think they sell ply from same supplier thanks **Q: Is the wood even? I want to use this to cover my ceiling** A: The wood pieces are even and flat, but not huge pieces, it would take a lot if bundles to cover a ceiling. I would suggest ordering one pack to see what you think first.
