Is it 50% 50%?** A: The 1:1 reference on the pack (if that’s what the other respondent is referring to) is how much of this to use compared to sugar. So 1 teaspoon of this is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar . The ratio in most other erythritol /stevia blends is actually about 3:1 (75% erythritol/25% stevia) I would imagine this to be similar. **Q: Does this dissolve good in a microwaved poridge, chilled desert or baked goods?
