I can easily fit my 4 meals a day into it. Love the extra compartment for protein bars, loose items, etc.! My only dislike is that the containers do not stack nicely for storage. If only they were shaped a little wider at the top they could slide into each other to stack. I use the bottle to house my vitamins/supplements and my protein powder for when needed.I would definitely recommend this product to those that take a good amount of food with them for the day. Especially if you meal prep like we do for the week/day. It seems like most people prefer the Meal Management bag, but I wasn't sure if I needed one that big. It's hard to tell from pictures what one of these bags will actually fit. I decided on this one and upon receiving it in the mail, I think I made the right choice. It should fit enough food to get me through a work day.If I were to use all the provided containers there would still be room for a couple of extra snacks like maybe a small apple or something in a baggie. The ones provided are pretty deep so I know they can fit a lot of food. If you're someone who likes to eat smaller meals more frequently, I think it'd work better to buy smaller (shallower) meal prep containers. There are some containers I've had my eye on that I'm considering getting. I think a set of 7 sells for less than $10 and I imagine the bag could easily fit 3 of those instead of the 2 super deep containers it comes with. I'm going to try the included ones first to see how I like them. But I might try using 3 shallower containers since I sometimes like to eat smaller meals.The bag itself is amazing. It feels very well insulated and sturdy. Even the quality of the handle on top and the strap look and feel great. The zippers are perfect. One of the biggest complaints I've read while shopping around for a lunch bag was the zippers being too cheap and difficult to use. These don't feel cheap or stiff. It's very easy to zip and unzip and I have no concerns about the possibility of the zippers falling apart.I haven't used it yet so I can't speak on how well it works to keep food cold but seeing the quality of the bag I'm very optimistic that I will never have to use the fridge at work again. While it is a lot of money to spend on a lunch bag, the quality is excellent and I'm sure it'll last a very long time!
