Unfortunately I was under the impression that this may help control my snoring issues. According to my wife, I still occasionally snore with this breathing aid in place. So it is sort of a yes it works and no it doesn't work. The manufacturer also tells you to only use each breathing aid once, yeah, that could get expensive, to the tune of at least $30 a month. I use them over and over and thoroughly clean the product each morning so it is ready for the next evening. The other thing is the size of the product. I used their sizing guidelines but unfortunately the product seems to be a little small as it is somewhat difficult to get the breathing aid in the correct spot in your nose.Helps open your nose and create better breathing but not the cure all for snoring. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's useful!!! *by T***T on January 18, 2014* This product is really good, but one advice to note keep your room and nose moist at night, otherwise it will hurt when you take it out. Medium fits all adults but see what your nose is. Another thing to note; you don't need to trash these once you use it, they want to get money off you. I've been keeping mine for several weeks and wash it with water and little baking soda. Every year you can use the new one in the box, that saves money \and time. Ignore the one stars, I got a sinus infection and was told I need surgery to breathe well, my husband said I no longer sleep with my mouth open so I'm taking that as a good thing and my mouth isn't dry anymore. Thus has helped me breathe big time and having a humidor will keep your nose moist and it won't hurt when you pull it out. It only hurts because your nose is probably too dry. Don't complain they don't work when your not keeping your nose moist!!! ### ⭐⭐ Know your nose b/4 ordering *by C***S on April 14, 2012* Got the medium size and they seem to fit ok but i had to fiddle with them to keep them from going sideways in my nostrils. When I awoke, they were on the floor.... maybe I sneezed them out or something. Feels funny when in but does seem to work to improve breathing. They work about as well as flaring your nostrils does by way of comparison.
