Review: Disappointed - Tried to integrate with my pair of Era 100, cannot get solid sound, especially for bluetooth connection. Bass is not even across the frequency range, some higher bass is loud, a bit lower frequencies are quiet. I think it’s design problem but it could be compensated by sound processing, however, I can’t expect this from Sonos nowadays, good software is not about Sonos anymore. Their new mobile application is total fail and it’s still not recovered! Instead of buying this subwoofer I’d suggest to get rid of Sonos completely.

In the case of this particular product it would not connect to the network at all. After speaking to Sonos customer support online and going through the troubleshooting steps the product was confirmed defective. Very disappointing as the Sonos system to connect is not user friendly. desertcart will not issue a replacement but a refund with shipping that I have to arrange. All in all a bad experience for a product that I was very excited about.

Tried to integrate with my pair of Era 100, cannot get solid sound, especially for bluetooth connection. Bass is not even across the frequency range, some higher bass is loud, a bit lower frequencies are quiet. I think it’s design problem but it could be compensated by sound processing, however, I can’t expect this from Sonos nowadays, good software is not about Sonos anymore.
