It's really stiff, which is great for its purpose, but for holding and pulling, I have actually gotten a 'paper cut' from the edges, so, I find this isn't getting used, so I wasted my money.Secondly, the customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! This was supposed to come with ebook. It links you to the download page and such, but the code I was given didn't work. I contacted them via their website, no response (ever!) I emailed them from amazon, no response (ever!), I even emailed them from the email address on the insert. STILL no reply.
