But, I have a rather large head. This hat fits me perfectly. It has an adjustable strap on the back. The strap is not made of elastic (which will wear-out over time). Instead, it has a small metal band that holds the strap in place. And you can tuck the extra strap inside of a small pocket that runs along the bottom of the hat. It gives the back of the hat a "clean" look. I like the fact that it doesn't have any gawdy logos on it.
