Installation a hassle, needed special connector to hook-up to Explorer wiring. Can't lock radio stations. CD player worksbut no way to eject disk. On power up screen automatically opens to disk player position, will not close. SD card cannotbe removed or ejected. Steering wheel control doesn't work. No front USB ports. Zero install instructions. Zero responseto Emails. Very dis-satisfied.

Cannot believe that someone would sell something as brand new in the box when clearly was not!! The device had a CD stuck in the unit, no directions and the entire face would not work! Will be working with Amazon to get people like this off of Amazon this type of seller disgusts me!
