(14” m1 pro)** A: I have a top and bottom black dbrand skin on mine, and I will say this... it's do-able but the case might slip off on the monitor part when you push the lid area by the case only while opening it. **Q: Will this fit the macbook pro 14" m2 model ?** A: I have a 14" M1 chip, this case fits perfectly. I don't think Apple would change the size of computer for a M2 chip. This case is expensive but is very TOP of the line! I LOVE it! **Q: Has anyone tried this on a 14” Dell Inspiron 5410?** A: I have not. I purchased for a 14" MacBook Pro. Highly unlikely to work on any other type of computer. **Q: Does this case work with any cable lock such as Kensington or others to lock computer to furniture? Or other method to lock computer to object?** A: From what I see on my case, there's no way to loop a lock or attach any lock accessories to it. Easily one of the best I've had for any MacBook Pro. If anyone is having an issue with the fit, you need to install the bottom cover and continually press the laptop gently into the snaps. Running the laptop will warm it and help you get that fit, especially near the power adapter, where I had to press the laptop in but it evetually flexed the plastic and snapped into place. Now that the MacBook Pros are flat, the design of the covers are flawed and could be improved with a "slide on design" that would be less or not dependent on snaps.
