A lot of people I know use web sites like sunnah.com and use Darusallams aHadith grading. Sometimes this same web site uses Albani's grading.  This book points out where Albani had differing opinions on the same hadith.

"Every question in which there is two views for Al-Shafii, Old and New, then the New is the correct one and it is the one acted upon." Imam Nawawi said this about Imam Shafii in Al-Majmou’ 1/66.. So why not write a book about how Imam Shafii contradicts himself?... or is it a scholarly standard to change your views with more information and sound evidence comes? The answer is yes.The author heavily relies on Imam Shafi in other writings. But he ignores the fact that Imam Shafi was well known to have changed his own views. Don't waste your time reading this book or paying the price. If you insist you can find things online already that distract one from learning their religion and find fault with scholars.
