I like to wear them all winter. The only time they aren't enough is when you'll be out long enough to worry about your ears in very cold temperatures. For going from the car to work or the house, even for short distances between stores while shopping, it's absolutely perfect. Tip it up a little bit and you can wear it in warmer weather, I've been comfortable in the freezing cold of a Kansas City winter and also in the low 50s of a New Orleans February evening. Get the right size and the Trinity Cap looks great!I bought one of these in Ireland years ago but I've since lost it. I couldn't remember my size but I figured I have a pretty large head so I went with an Extra Large.
