The learning curve for me was using enough of the medium. I was using too little and missing coverage. I found it easier to use on my higher quality canvas that also had more variety in the painting (bride/groom, the painting hides more flaws). I also varnished some paint pours that were on cheaper canvas and struggled with them all. The painting itself didn’t hide flaws as well. I went back and ordered the high gloss for those and had better success.
