To be fair, the company warns that installation is not for everyone. I was certain I’d be able to figure it out, and I did… in a month or so. I wrote tech support and never received a response. Instructions were very poorly written and the only reason I figured it out was by learning auto wiring and downloading my specific vehicles wiring diagrams (good luck finding one for your car!). I finally finished the install, only to have the whole system due and become useless within 3 months.
