It fits nicely on top of the existing adhesive of the pod, makes it feel very secure, and does't come off until you need it to. The OmniPod adhesive does not withstand water exposure too well, but that issue seems to be entirely resolved with a simpatch on top of it. I have not noticed any irritation on my skin, and the removal was not any worse than removing just the pod alone. The edges will begin to peel occasionally towards the third day, but you can also off the edge that is peeling to stop it from going any further. Overall, I am very happy with this product and will be purchasing some for my Dexcom CGM, too. The price is a bit up there for 20 of them, but I think it is well worth it. Work great, reasonable price and provide some extra protection for the summer baseball season when I need it. I don't have issues getting them on and off nor even know they are there.
