These little logs are big on realism and light weight for easy placement. We have had a few log sets over the years and none of them come close to the real look of these. The other log sets were larger and so much heavier and never looked right in size proportion or realistic look. Made for a smaller vent free portable fireplace, (not a full sized one), they are the perfect proportions. And when the gel fuel cans or bio ethanol fuel fire place is lit, they begin to glow red adding to the real fireplace look.
