    Threads on medal bar are stripped

I love the drum pendant but luckily I accidentally purchased 2 at the same time and there was an issue with installation by my handyman. The threads on the medal bar are stripped and we had to mix/match bars and thread pieces from the 2nd pendant box. China did not do a good job with making the hardware.
