There isn't one. My one year warranty was still good and ADJ refused my return/refund. Machine did not work as advertised. **Q: Does this machine set of fire alarms???** A: Yes it does. It uses fog juice to make the fog. The fog juice is corn oil burned in a heating coil to make smoke. The only machine that won’t set off alarms uses co2 or dry ice to make natural cool fog. **Q: how long will a full tray of regular ice / dry ice last?** A: I recommend dry ice, I used it and it worked really well to keep the fog low. Also because the dry ice sublimates there isn't any residue / water to dump vs. using normal wet ice that converts to a liquid. **Q: Does the fog eventually rise enough to showcase dance floor lighting (Such as Moving heads or lasers) ?** A: I used it last weekend exactly for that, and 6 Martin 180watt led and a 1watt RGB Laser looked AWESOME. I got dry ice to make it work better. Dry ice, regular ice, it uses a lot. While I was testing I was using standard ice, wow, gone fast. I called ADJ directly about how much dry ice I might need to use, they are way off, don't listen to them.If you are interested to know: The dry ice company said I should expect to lose 7lbs every 24 hours when properly stored in a cooler. I used Dry Ice pellets My party was 36 hours from dry ice pickup, so I expected to lose 10 lbs, so I got 30lbs total, with 20lbs for a 4 hour party. No way, it was gone before 3 hours. I decorate the exterior of my home with several fog machines, 15+ animatronics and several props. This is not like your typical fog machine. From the moment you open the box and lift this unit you feel the weight of this unit. It’s well constructed of metal not thin tin can but real steel. When you power on the unit the first thing I noticed was a fan turning on. Yes! This thing has a fan to propel the fog over and through the ice. I used Froggys frozen low lying fog juice without ice as I was testing it. It outputted fog low and it hung around a lot longer than my other unit I was testing to ensure I would not trip a breaker. Which was the Chaucer Hurricane 1600. Now that thing puts out more fog but it quickly rises and dissipates. The Mister Kool II is the real deal and a must for anyone not wanting to DIY a chiller or pay for one to get that low lying effect.
