You have to wiggle it in just the right way to get it to work :-( ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars works great *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2018* I purchased this CAC reader for new MacBook but there was no place it would plug in. It had a big connector on it and my computer has only little ports. I contacted the company and they noted I bought a SGT111-8 with a USB A connector but I really needed to order the SGT111-8c with USB C (or Thunderbolt). They quickly sent me the proper reader and with some help from a friend I was on DISA EE and MyPay within 30 minutes on my Macbook. Make sure you order the proper connector type for your computer. They explained it to me that many new computers use Type C and most old computers use Type A but it's not that simple. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Does what it is supposed to *by D***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2019* Easy to set up. No problem with installing the drivers. Worked first time and every time since.
