None of the ones I received were broken or misshapen. Being so small, they take up a minimal amount of space in her lunch bag, and they come in such cute colors. I imagine there could be many uses for these aside from lunches, say, at a birthday party, for example. It comes in quite a large amount, and really ended up being a good buy for the money. The company (a small business, apparently) has a great sense of humor as well, for what it's worth. I'll definitely be buying them again.
